First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is conducting its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 11, 2081 BS. The meeting will take place at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu after 10 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Discussion and approval of the financial statements of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Endorsement of 9.47 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Election of 3 directors representing public shareholders.
Delegation of authority to Board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, FMDBL has announced the book closure date on Mangsir 23, 2081 BS. Investors purchasing shares of FMDBL until Mangsir 22 will receive the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
