Garima Bikas Bank Announces 10.53 Percent Dividend

Garima Bikas Bank (GBBL), a national-level development bank, has announced a 10.53 percent dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The total dividend includes a 6 percent bonus share and a 4.53 percent cash dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Garima Bikas Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 5.68 Arba. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs. 59.81 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Garima Bikas Bank had distributed a 5 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
