Garima Bikas Bank Announces 5 Percent Dividend

Garima Bikas Bank (GBBL), a national-level development bank, has announced a 5 percent dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.

The total dividend will be in the form of cash.

As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Garima Bikas Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 5.68 Arba. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs. 28.40 crores.

The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Garima Bikas Bank had distributed a 10 percent dividend, including 9.5 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.
