Global IME Bank Limited has introduced a special home loan scheme at an attractive interest rate of 7.99 percent (including premium). The bank has come up with this scheme targeting the general public for the purpose of constructing residential houses in cheap and easy installments.
Under this special housing loan scheme, the service recipient can avail a maximum of Rs. 1.5 crores loan for a period of maximum 15 years. The borrower will also receive 100 percent discount on mobile banking and credit card fees in the first year.
