Himalayan Bank to Skip Dividend from FY 2079/80

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.

The board meeting of the bank has decided to retain all the profit from the fiscal year 2079/80 and skip the dividend.

The bank has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, the bank had distributed a 19.11 percent dividend, including an 8 percent bonus share and a 11.11 percent cash dividend.

As of Ashad end’s 2080 BS, Himalayan Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 21.65 Arba.
