Chandragiri Hills Limited (CGH) will organize its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 3, 2081 BS [December 18, 2024]. The meeting will take place at Chandragiri Hills’ Office, Thankot after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
No dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of board of directors.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders’ registration book will remain closed on Mangsir 21, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of CGH until Mangsir 20 can participate in the AGM.
