ICRA Nepal Announces 59.10 Percent Dividend

ICRA Nepal Limited has announced the dividend to its shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board meeting of company has proposed a 59.10 percent cash dividend (including tax).
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, ICRA Nepal had distributed a 72.17 percent dividend, including a 20 percent bonus share and a 52.17 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
The dividend is subject to approval from its upcoming annual general meeting to be held on Ashwin 25, 2080 BS (October 12, 2023).
ICRA Nepal Limited is the first credit rating agency of Nepal.
