Jyoti Life Insurance Company Ltd. (JLI) is going to conduct its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 6, 2078 BS. The meeting will take place at Waterfront Resort, Lakeside, Pokhara.
Major Agendas for AGM
Presentation and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2076/77.
Election of directors.
Approval of 10.5263 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of AGM, JLI has fixed the book closure date on Magh 24, 2078 BS. Thus, investors holding/purchasing shares of JLI until Magh 23 are eligible to participate in the AGM and will receive the dividend.
