Ajod Insurance Company Limited (AIL) will convene its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 6, 2078 BS. The meeting will take place at United World Trade Centre, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial report for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the shareholders’ registration book will close on Magh 24, 2078 BS. Hence, investors holding/purchasing the shares of AIL until Magh 23, 2078 BS can participate in the annual meeting.
