Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Declares 10 Percent Dividend

Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited (KBSH) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The hydropower company has proposed a 10 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of bonus share.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 B.S., KBSH has a paid-up capital of Rs. 13.40 crores. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs. 1.34 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2081/82 as well, the company had distributed a 10 percent bonus share to the shareholders.
