Siddhartha Premier Insurance Proposes 25 Percent Dividend

Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited (SPIL) has declared the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The company has proposed a 25 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Siddhartha Premier Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.80 Arba. At this capital, the cash dividend amounts to Rs 70.16 crores.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM of the insurance.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Siddhartha Premier Insurance had distributed a 30 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
