Today is the last day to apply for an IPO of two microfinance. Janasewi Laghubitta issued 4,63,300 shares worth Rs. 4.63 while Swabhimaan Microfinance also issued 198,610 shares to the general public worth Rs. 1.98 crores from Baisakh 27, 2076.
The IPO of both the companies has been hugely oversubscribed already so the date will not be extended. According to the issue manager of respective companies, the IPO of Janasewi and Swabhiman have been oversubscribed by 11.51 times and 26.69 times respectively.
Interested applicants can place the application for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 5,000 shares at a par value of Rs. 100. However, it would be wise to apply for 10 units of shares through Meroshare or financial institutions providing C-ASBA facilities.
