LIC Nepal Book close from Falgun 21; Today is the last day to secure dividend

Today is the last day to secure dividend of Life Insurance Corporation Nepal (LICN).

The book for registration of share will be closed from Falgun 21, 2075 to Chaitra 4, 2075 for the purpose of this AGM.

 Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited (LICN) will organize its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 4, 2075. The AGM will take place at  Rastriya Sabha Griha, Exhibition Road, Kathmandu at 9:00 AM.

The meeting will endorse  12 percent bonus shares and 0.63 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders. The meeting will also approve increasing authorized capital, issued capital and paid-up capital from Rs 1.33 Arab to Rs 1.49 arab.

Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.33 Arab. After the bonus shares, the capital will rise to Rs 1.49 Arab.
