Madhya Bhotekoshi Hydropower Appoints Global IME Capital as Share Registrar (RTS)

Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalvidyut Company Limited has appointed Global IME Capital Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS). The company has appointed Global IME Capital (effective from Mangsir 1, 2080 BS for a period of one year) to keep all records related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others.
Global IME Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Global IME Bank, is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
