Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalvidyut Company Limited (MBJC) is going to conduct its 10th and 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 20, 2080 BS. The meeting will take place at Nepal Pragya Prathisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78 and 2078/79.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Book Closure Date:
For the AGM purpose, the company has fixed the book closure date on Ashad 6, 2080 BS. The investors purchasing/holding the shares of the company before the book closure date will be eligible to participate in the annual meeting.
