Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) is going to conduct its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 14, 2080 BS. The meeting will take place at Dharan, Sunsari after 11 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation, Discussion & Approval of financial statements for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 10 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend and the AGM, Miteri Development Bank has announced the book closure date from Mangsir 28 to Poush 14, 2080 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of MDB until Mangsir 27 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
