Mithila Laghubitta 50% right share: When is the book close date?

Mithila Laghubitta is going to book close for 50% right share on Magh 1, 2075. The 170th board of directors meeting held on 22/09/2075 has decided set the book closure date for right share on 1st of Magh. The annual general meeting has endorsed 2:1 right share to the shareholders. The AGM has also endorsed 10.45% bonus shares to shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2074/75. After the approval from Sebon and the AGM, the board meeting has decided to issue the right shares.
The microfinance has paid up capital of Rs. 6.59 crores, reserve & surplus of Rs. 2.58 crores, net profit of Rs. 35.51 lakhs and EPS of 21.53 as of unaudited first quarter 2075/76. After the inclusion of bonus & right share, the paid-up capital will reach Rs. 10.57 crores.
