Mithila Laghubitta Declares 15 Percent Dividend

Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) has proposed the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81
The microfinance company has announced a 15 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 14.2857 percent bonus share and a 0.7143 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Mithila Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 19.60 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 2.80 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 14 lakhs.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of microfinance.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the microfinance didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2078/79, Mithila Laghubitta had provided a 15.7894 percent dividend, including a 15 percent bonus share and 0.7894 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
