Modi Energy Limited has appointed NMB Capital Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS). The company has appointed NMB Capital to keep all records related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others to be effective from Jestha 16, 2080 BS.
NMB Capital Limited, a subsidiary of NMB Bank, is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
Modi Energy Limited is a hydropower company mainly promoted by Hydro Solutions Group, Murarka Group, K L Dugar Group, Shanker Group and Debenara Group. The company is constructing a 20 MW Lower Modikhola Hydropower Project in Parbat district.
