Multipurpose Finance Company has informed about the book close date for the issue of the right share. The company is planning to issue 1:8.65 right share to its shareholders. The company has paid-up capital of Rs. 41.47 crores. Multipurpose Finance will issue 35,85,264 units right share. After the issue of the right share, the company will meet the paid-up capital requirement of Rs. 80 crores.
