Nabil Bank To Close Debenture 2082 On Chaitra 16

Nabil Bank has extended the debenture issue due to the under subscription. The debenture issue will now remain open until Chaitra 16, 2076. The bank is currently issuing a debenture named ‘10%, Nabil Bank Debenture 2082‘ from Chaitra 2, 2076. The debenture issue was set to close on Chaitra 5 if fully subscribed. However, due to the under subscription, the issue has extended to Chaitra 16, 2076.

The bank will float 20 lakh units debenture at a par value of Rs. 1000. Hence, the debenture is worth Rs. 2 Arba.

Out of the total issue, the bank will sell 12 lakh units through private placement. Likewise, the general public can apply for the remaining 8 lakh units.

Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 20 lakh units.

The bank had received approval from SEBON for the issuance of the debenture on Magh 6, 2076.

The debenture will provide 10 percent interest through semi-annual payments to the investors. The Bank will refund the principal amount of the debenture on 2082 BS.
