NADEP Laghubitta Conducting 8th AGM Today | No Dividend To Shareholders

NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NADEP) will conduct its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 8, 2079 BS. The board of directors’ meeting held on Falgun 10 decided to convene the AGM at Naubise Agro Resort, Dhading. The time for the AGM is scheduled after 11 AM.
Major Agendas:
Discussion and Approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79 presented by the chairman.
No dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Delegation of authority to board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the AGM, Nadep Laghubitta has decided to close the shareholders’ registration book on Falgun 21, 2079 BS. Thus, the investors purchasing shares of NADEP until Falgun 18, 2079 BS can participate in the AGM.
