Neco Insurance To Auction 10.70 Lakh Promoter Shares

Neco Insurance Company Limited (NIL) is going to auction 10,70,206.84 unit promoter shares from today (Ashwin 20, 2077). Existing promoter shareholders and other interested investors, firm and companies can apply for the purchase of the shares. Interested investors can submit the bids until Karthik 4, 2077
The minimum price of the share has been set at Rs 395. When submitting a bid, the investor will have to submit the bid at Rs 395 or above per share.
Investors will have to apply for a minimum of 5,000 shares and maximum of full shares. Sunrise Capital Limited is the sales manager for the auction of shares.
