Nepal Agro Laghubitta to conduct its AGM today

Nepal Agro Laghubitta is conducting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today i.e Poush 12, 2076.
The AGM will start after 9 AM. The venue for the meeting is City Square, New Road, Pokhara.
The microfinance is going to endorse 15.79 percent dividend through the AGM. The total dividend includes a 15 percent bonus share and 0.79 percent cash dividend.
After the approval from the AGM, the company will distribute the dividend.
Nepal Agro Laghubitta had floated the shares to the public this year i.e. Baisakh 8, 2076.
