Nepal Community Development Bank to be acquired by Tinau Mission Development Bank

The trading of Nepal Community Development Bank has been suspended by Nepal Stock Exchange after the company informed about signing the merger and acquisition agreement with Tinau and Mission Development Bank. Tinau and Mission Development Bank is to become Tinau Mission Development Bank after completing the merger agreement.
The trading has been suspended from today i.e. Jestha 8, 2076 as per the regulations under merger and acquisition. The LTP of Nepal Community Development Bank was Rs. 145.
