Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) is conducting its 76th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 19, 2081 BS. The annual meeting is taking place at Nepal Academy Hall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The time for AGM is scheduled after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Endorsement of 15.79 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the dividend distribution and AGM purpose, the company had announced the shareholders’ registration book from Chaitra 7, 2080 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of NICL until Chaitra 6 will receive the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
