Nepal Insurance auction bid opening today

The auction bids for the unsold right share of Nepal Insurance will open today (Jestha 24), as informed by the Global IME Capital Limited.

Nepal Insurance had issued right share to the shareholders from Falgun 21, 2075 to Chaitra 25, 2075. Out of the total issued right share, 2,511.73 promoter and 1,44,591.35 ordinary shares remained unsold. The company auctioned the unsold right shares from Jestha 05, 2076 to Jestha 19, 2076.
The sealed bids for auction is set to open after 2 PM today at Global IME Capital Limited, Nachghar, Kathmandu.
