Nepal Insurance declares bonus share from 2074/75

Nepal Insurance has declared a 7.50 percent bonus share to the shareholders. The dividend is from the profit of F.Y. 2074/75. The company will also provide Rs. 40.23 lakh units cash dividend for the tax purpose. The board of directors meeting held on Ashad 5, 2076, has proposed the dividend.

The current paid-up capital of Nepal Insurance is Rs. 1.02 Arba. The 7.50 percent bonus share is worth Rs. 7.64 crores. After the adjustment of the bonus share, the capital of Nepal insurance will rise to Rs. 109.55 crores. The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM.
