Nepal Life Insurance to Invest Rs. 1.33 Arba in Professional Educators Limited & Uniglobe Higher Secondary School Kathmandu Limited

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has invested Rs. 1.33 Arba in the shares of two companies involved in education sector.
As informed on Nepse, NLIC has purchased 35.32 percent share of Professional Educators Limited at Rs. 73.72 crores.
Likewise, Nepal Life Insurance has also acquired 47.62 percent share of Uniglobe Higher Secondary School Kathmandu Limited at Rs. 60 crores.
In total, the life insurance company has invested Rs. 133.72 crores for the acquisition of shares in these two companies.
Professional Educators Limited, established in 2004, operates Valley View English School, Global College of Management, Global College International, Global School of Science, Liberty College, Global College of Social Science and Technology, and Uniglobe College.
