Nepal Rastra Bank auctioning promoter shares of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta from today

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is selling the promoter shares of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta in an auction from today (Bhadra 31, 2076). The auction will remain open until Karthik 4, 2076.
NRB is planning to sell 2,99,982 units promoter shares of Grameen Laghubitta at the minimum price of Rs. 100 per share. Interested candidates should submit their auction bid to the Financial Management Department, Nepal Rastra Bank, Baluwatar.
Note: The buyer should be the existing promoter shareholder of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta.
