Nepal Share Market Today
The share market of Nepal gained 0.42 points and remained stable today (Bhadra 4, 2076). Nepse index closed on 1,214.05 points, a gain of 0.03 percent from yesterday. The market lost 8.43 points yesterday. The total turnover for the day stood at Rs. 29.26 crores. The sensitive index closed 0.22 points above on 263.41 points. Altogether 1,270,118 shares were traded through 6,249 transactions of 161 companies.

All sub-indices were on the losing side except for trading, development bank, finance, and others. Trading sub-indices gained 2.56 points today.
Bishal Bazar Company (BBC) was the top gainer of the day for the second consecutive day. The price of the BBC increased by 5.73 percent to close on Rs. 1551. Bishal Bazar price surged by a similar percentage in the previous day too. Likewise, Panchthar Power (PPCL) and Janki Finance (JFL) also gained 4.81 and 4.28 percent to close on Rs. 109 and Rs. 195 respectively. Other top gainer stocks of the day were Samudayik Laghubitta and Multipurpose Finance Company Limited.
