Nerude Laghubitta Appoints RBB Merchant Banking As Share Registrar (RTS)

Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NLBBL) has appointed RBB Merchant Banking Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS) for a period of one year to be effective from Shrawan 1, 2079 BS. RBB Merchant Banking Limited will now keep records of Nerude Laghubitta related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others.
RBB Merchant Banking Limited, a subsidiary company of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal. It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
Nerude Laghubitta is a ‘D’ class national level microfinance of Nepal licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. The head office is located at Biratnagar.
