Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta (NUBL) will organize its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 12, 2079 BS [February 24, 2023].
The annual meeting will take place at the company’s corporate office, Naxal, Kathmandu. The time for AGM is scheduled after 10AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79 presented by the chairman.
Approval of 20 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Election of directors- 2 representing promoter shareholders and 2 representing public shareholders.
Increment of authorized, issued and paid-up capital.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company had announced the book closure date from Falgun 2 to Falgun 12, 2079 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of NUBL until Falgun 1 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend.
