Global IME Bank Proposes 8 Percent Dividend

Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has declared a dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The bank has proposed an 8 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Global IME Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 38.11 Arba. At this capital, the cash dividend is worth Rs 3.04 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Global IME Bank had distributed a 5.5 percent bonus share.
