NMB Bank debenture 2085 closing today

NMB Bank is closing the debenture 2085 to the general public from today (Chaitra 25, 2075). The interest rate on debenture is 10% per annum. The maturity period is of 10 years.

Interest applicants can still apply for a minimum of 25 units at the par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. The maximum units that can be applied are 12,00,000 units. The application will be received until the close of banking hours today.

The debenture issue was open from Falgun 30, 2075.

Siddhartha Capital is the issue manager for the debenture.
