NMB Bank to Provide 10 Percent Dividend from FY 2081/82

NMB Bank Limited has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the bank has proposed a 10 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 5 percent cash dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, NMB Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 18.36 Arba.
The bank has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81 and 2079/80, the bank didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2078/79, NMB Bank had distributed an 8.25 percent cash dividend.
