NMB Bank to Skip Dividend from FY 2079/80

NMB Bank Limited has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board meeting of the bank has decided to retain all the profit from the fiscal year 2079/80 and skip the dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, NMB Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 18.36 Arba.
The bank has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, NMB Bank had distributed an 8.25 percent cash dividend.
