NMB Bank Issuing “NMB Debenture 2089/2090” Worth Rs. 4 Arba From Today

NMB Bank Limited (NMB) is currently issuing a debenture named “NMB Debenture 10.75%-2089/2090”. The debenture offering is open from Chaitra 21, 2079 BS.
If fully subscribed, the issue will close on Chaitra 24, 2079 BS. However, if it remains under-subscribed until that period, the deadline for application will extend until Baisakh 5, 2079 BS.
NMB Bank is planning to sell 40 lakh units debenture. The par value of each unit of debenture is Rs 1,000. Hence, the total debenture issue is worth Rs 4 Arba.
Out of the total issue, the bank will sell 24 lakh units debenture worth Rs. 2.4 Arba through private placement. Likewise, the bank will issue 16 lakh units debentures to the general public. Out of the general public’s quota, mutual fund schemes have been allotted 45,000 units. The total public issue amounts to Rs. 1.6 Arba.
One can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 16,00,000 units of debenture.
The debenture will provide 10.75 percent interest per annum to the investors. The maturity period of the debenture is 10 years. Hence, the bank will refund the principal amount in 2089 BS.
The bank has appointed NIBL Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager.
