NMB Hybrid Fund L-II (NMBHF2) to Distribute 4.5 Percent Cash Dividend

NMB Capital Limited, the fund manager of NMB Mutual fund, has proposed dividend for the unit-holders of NMB Hybrid Fund L-II (NMBHF2) scheme. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2082/83.
The board meeting of NMB Capital Limited has proposed a 4.5 percent cash dividend (including tax) to the unit-holders of NMBHF2.
Book Closure:
For the dividend distribution purpose, the fund manger has decided the book closure date on Bhadra 8, 2083 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing units of NMBHF2 until Bhadra 7 will receive the dividend.
