Pelma Hydropower To Survey 40 MW Pelma Khola PRoR Project In Eastern Rukum

Pelma Hydropower Project Pvt. Ltd. is planning to develop Pelma Khola PRoR Hydropower Project in the Eastern Rukum district. The company has received the permission from the Department of Electricity Development to survey the project.
The Department granted the survey license to the company on Ashwin 14, 2079 BS. The survey license is valid until Ashwin 13, 2081 BS.
Pelma Khola PRoR Hydropower Project is a Peaking Run of the River type project with an installed capacity of 40 MW. The project will be located in Eastern Rukum District of Lumbini Province.
After completing the survey within the given time period, the company can then apply for the construction permit.
