Peoples Hydropower Conducting 15th AGM Today

Peoples Hydropower Company Limited (PHCL) is going to conduct its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 4, 2080 BS. The meeting will take place at Kwality Banquet, Buddhanagar, Kathmandu after 10 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Election of two directors representing public shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the AGM purpose, the company has fixed the book closure date on Jestha 25, 2080 BS. The investors purchasing/holding the shares of the company before the book closure date will be eligible to participate in the annual meeting.
