Prabhu Bank converts 6.31 percent promoter shares to public

Prabhu Bank has made a decision to convert 6.31 percent promoter shares into public share. After the conversion, the promoter to public share ratio becomes 55:45. The company’s 17th AGM has already approved the decision.

At current, the promoter-public share ratio of the bank is 61.31: 38.69. Those promoter shareholders who are not in the list of Credit Information Bureau (CIB) are eligible for the conversion.
