Prime Life Insurance Organizing 15th AGM Today | To Endorse Dividend & Merger

Prime Life Insurance will conduct its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 24, 2079 BS [January 8, 2023]. The annual meeting will take place at Agrawal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu after 2 PM.
The major agendas include:
Discussion and approval of financial statements of fiscal year 2077/78.
Approval of 13.68 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Approval of merger with Gurans Life Insurance and Union Life Insurance.
Change of promoter-public shareholding from 60:40 to 51:49.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Prime Life Insurance had decided to close the shareholders’ registration book on Poush 8, 2079 BS. Thus, investors holding/purchasing shares until Poush 7 are eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the AGM.
