Prudential Insurance Converts 9,97,691.9 Units Promoter Share Into Public Share

Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) has informed about the conversion of promoter shares to ordinary shares.
As informed on NEPSE, the non-life insurance has converted 9,97,691.9 units promoter shares into public shares.
After the conversion, the promoter-public share ratio will remain at 51:49.
As of Chaitra’s end 2078 BS, Prudential Insurance Company has a paid-up capital of Rs 102.64 crores.
