Radhi Vidyut Company Proposes 5 Percent Dividend

Radhi Vidyut Company Limited (RADHI) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the accumulated profit until the fiscal year 2079/80.
The hydropower company has proposed a 5 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 4.75 percent bonus share and a 0.25 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Radhi Vidyut Company has a paid-up capital of Rs 167.59 crores. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 7.96 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming AGM.
