Forward Microfinance Laghubitta (FOWAD) is going to organize its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 28, 2081 BS [December13, 2024]. The Annual Meeting will take place at the conference hall of Dinesh Chaudhary Memorial Foundation located at Duhawi, Sunsari. The meeting will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Endorsement of 14 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Delegation of authority to Board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the distribution of dividends and AGM purposes, Forward Microfinance Laghubitta has fixed the book closure date on Mangsir 14, 2081 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding shares until Mangsir 13 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
