Reliance Life Insurance To Skip Dividend From FY 2077/78

Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited (RLI) has completed the final audit for the fiscal year 2077/78. Approving the financial report of the FY 2077/78, the board meeting of the insurance has decided not to distribute the dividend to the shareholders.
The report will be sent to Nepal Insurance Authority for the approval.
The financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming annual general meeting of the insurance.
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Reliance Life Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.10 Arba.
From the previous fiscal year 2076/77, the company had distributed a 5.2632 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
