If you are the shareholder of these two companies, we request you to apply for the right share offered by them. These companies will be closing the right issue soon.
Mero Microfinance
Mero Microfinance is going to close its 100 percent right issue from Sunday (Chaitra 24, 2075). The company is issuing 1:1 right share or 32,89,0000 units from Falgun 19, 2075. Global IME Capital is the issue manager. After the adjustment of the right share, the paid-up capital will rise to Rs. 65.78 crores.
Nepal Insurance
Nepal Insurance is also closing its 65 percent right issue from Monday ( Chaitra 25, 2075). The insurance company is issuing 1:0.65 or 40,14,651.58 units right share to its shareholders from Falgun 21, 2075. Global IME Capital Limited is the issue manager for Nepal Insurance right share also. After the issue of the right share, the paid-up capital will reach Rs. 102 crores.
