Sagarmatha Jalabidhyut Company Limited has appointed NMB Capital Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS). The company has appointed NMB Capital to keep all records related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others.
NMB Capital Limited, a subsidiary of NMB Bank, is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
Sagarmatha Jalabidhyut Company Limited is currently operating a 9.6 MW Super Mai A Hydropower Project in Illam district since Jestha 32, 2077 BS.
