Sampada Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMPDA) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders and retain profits from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Sampada Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 70.08 crores.
Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Santha Limited successfully merged with Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited to form ‘Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Santha Limited’ and commenced the joint operation from Baisakh 24, 2081 BS.
