Samudayik Laghubitta AGM and book close

Samudayik Laghubitta has informed Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) about its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The microfinance will organize its 5th AGM on Chaitra 24, 2075. The 104th board of directors meeting held on Falgun 29, 2075 decided to convene the AGM.

The shareholders’ registration book will remain closed for the purpose of AGM from Chaitra 11 to Chaitra 24, 2075.
