Sanima GIC Insurance to Skip Dividend Distribution from FY 2079/80

Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) has completed the final audit of the company for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approving the financial report of the FY 2079/80, the board meeting has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders.
The report will be sent to Nepal Insurance Authority for the approval.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Sanima GIC Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 200 crores.
