Sanima GIC Insurance Proposes 7.8947 Percent Dividend

Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The company has proposed a 7.8947 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 7.50 percent bonus share and a 0.3947 percent cash dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Sanima GIC Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 200 crores. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs. 15 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 78.94 lakh.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM of the insurance.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Sanima GIC Insurance didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders.
