Sanima GIC Insurance Proposes 5.26 Percent Dividend

Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The company has proposed a 5.2632 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 0.2632 percent cash dividend.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Sanima GIC Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 215 crores. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs. 10.75 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 56.57 lakh.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM of the insurance.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Sanima GIC Insurance had provided a 7.8947 percent dividend, including a 7.50 percent bonus share to the shareholders.
